Q:
 We´re only going to be in Las Vegas for a few days. What if we book a tour with you that has to be cancelled due to weather and we can not go another day? Will we get a 100% refund? Also, I can see differing answers in previous Q&A´s on whether there will be any surcharges on top of the tour fee. Please confirm there will be no surcharges such as fuel, processing fees etc.

If we cancel your entire tour and you cannot take the tour at a later date, we will gladly offer you a refund.

Yes, there is a fuel charge which is already included in the online booking price.

The tour reservation price will include:

Dear customer,

The last day of the tour is at your leisure.

You must check-out of your hotel by 11am.

To be transferred to Los Angeles there will be an additional $35/per person.

The offered transfers cannot be arranged earlier, and the transfers will get you to Los Angeles at 4:00 pm at the Kodak Theatre.

Dear customer,

The total for 4 guest in 1 hotel room will be $304

We do not have an exact specific schedule, but our tours daily itineraries start at around 7:00am to 8:00am every morning and finish at around 7:00pm to 8:00pm in the evening, depending on the tour scheduled for that day.  On average, the tours usually allow1-2 hours for any place of interest depending on how much there really is to see at the location.  Some tour packages will take you to many well-known attractions in one day. All of our tours offer numerous activities in order for our travelers to get a full sightseeing experience throughtout their excursion.

Please also review what is included and excluded in the tour package price:

Package Includes

  • Complimentary pick-up and drop-off to chosen location (see Pick-up Time and Locations)
  • 2-night hotel accommodations
  • Ground transportation in air-conditioned deluxe tour coach
  • Professional tour escort

 

Package Excludes

  • All personal expenses including hotel room service and meals; however, you have the option to pay for meals that tour guide arranges
  • Mandatory Fee: Grand Canyon South Rim: $10.00/person

    - Las Vegas Night Tour ($25.00/person)
    - Las Vegas Jubilee Show ($83.00/person)(not allowed for children)

For 2 passengers the total will be $339.90

Please also review what is included and excluded in the tour package price:

    - Las Vegas Night Tour $25/person

    - Helicopter and Boat Adventure Tour $190.00/person
    -Skywalk admission $32
  • -Admission, 2 Meals & Wagon ride: $95.00/person (Mandatory fee that must be paid on tour)
  • Service fees for tour guide (min. $6.00/day per person)

**Any optional tour you wish to take you will pay while on tour to the tour guide and he will arrange it for you.

**Mandatory fee for this tour if $95/per person as entrance fee for the grand canyon as it is located on Indian reservation.

The tour will include accommodations at the Harrah's or similar for Las Vegas, and the Hualapai Ranch at the West Rim.

 hello , me and my friend have just bought that tour for 27th of july and we need to now where wıll we stay on first day could you please tell us the address of the hotel that we wıll stay on 27th of july saturday .we need open address.Do we additionally need to inform you for first day check in ? Because we will be there on saturday morning we have already bought our flıght tickets.And we are planing to leave our luggages to the hotel and travel in la with a tour and come back to the hotel ın the evening .I already know that we won't be able to check in until 3 pm but we will check in the evening i guess it won't be problem . thanks

This tour will only provide a drive-thru in the bus through the casinos in Las Vegas.

You will not have the option to get off the bus as the bus driver will only pass through the casinos.
